This lot is generally related to an enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) and an ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) system for an energy-efficient resource allocation. Disclosed is a macro base station which uses a mobile edge computing (MEC) server for energy efficient resource allocation consisting of an offload determiner for determining an offload bit based on task information of multiple user terminals and a resource block allocator for allocating a communication resource block to user terminal devices based on the offload bit. Also disclosed is a resource block puncture configured to puncture the allocated communication resource block when URLLLC traffic overlaps the allocated communication resource block. Further disclosed is a computation resource allocator for calculating a calculation resource block to process an offload bit. The technology may be implemented in enhanced cellular networks, 5G networks, 6G networks, etc.
