Targeting 11,000 Series C and beyond startups with more than $100M in funding and less than $500M in revenue.
Here’s what you get when you take advantage of this program:
EGC Benefit
The EGC would receive a license to any patent portfolios that a Series of AST (including IP3 and BIN) acquires. The EGC would not receive a license under Sublicense Rights Agreements.
EGC Obligation
The EGC would license all current Participants and Subscribers of AST to its patents.
