This lot is generally related to cloud services to detach and distribute loads to improve the speed and efficiency of cloud services. Disclosed is a cloud computing system that has a core cloud part connected to the cloud server to form a core cloud server for storing and managing the cloud service. Also disclosed is an edge cloud server to operate a portion or an entirety of a cloud service of the core cloud part at the edge cloud server. Further disclosed is an edge cloud awareness part to determine whether or not identification is possible for a cloud service request signal transmitted from a publisher client terminal from the client terminals, and an edge cloud processing part to determine whether or not to provide the cloud service corresponding to the request signal. The technology may be implemented in cloud services, distributed computer services, online services, server-client environments, etc.
