Disclosed are techniques to generate dynamic responses based on a variety of triggers such as visual, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, QR code. Disclosed is a dynamic execution of actions based on multiple triggers consisting of an event clearinghouse for receiving communication events associated with a trigger. The system generates triggers in response to proximity of a target device and identifies an action to be taken in response to the communication event. Also disclosed are techniques to identify a target device for the action and initiate the action based on identified target. Further disclosed is that the event clearinghouse is connected through multiple communication mediums and the target device is a user mobile device. The technology may be implemented in smart mobile devices, amusement park bracelets, metro cards, etc.
