Thermal-Electric Logic Integrated Circuit and Use of Said Integrated (DEAL 662)

This invention discloses thermal-electric logic circuits that combining principles of thermodynamics and electronics in a single integrated circuit to perform computations or logic operations that is efficient in computing, sensing, and energy management and consumes very less power using a thermal-electric logic integrated circuit consisting of two inputs, one electric and one thermal input, one output and a series member connected to a supply voltage having a resister. The technology may be implemented in low power embedded systems, body temperature sensors, temperature-sensitive devices, quantum computing systems, ultra-low power wearable electronic devices, etc.
