Search Result Querying (DEAL 386)

Lot is disclosing a technique to present improved search results in response to an end-user query in relation to a device and software. Search system queries multiple data indexes to generate meaningful results with respective match score and retrieve priority values of the data indexes. Relevant results are combined into a list of ordered results based on the scores and priority values lower priority match results may be discarded in favor of matching results from a higher priority index. The technology may be implemented in search engines, search software, web applications, ecommerce websites, etc.
