Interactive Streaming Media Content Requests (Deal 284)

This lot is generally related to audio/video media play in real time. Techniques are disclosed for interactive content/audio/video media requests using a networked digital audio-visual playback system. Disclosed is a media management system for receiving a request with a digital media identifier from a user media device and determining whether the requested digital media meets all the local rules of play. The media management control accepts or rejects the identified media in each user request based on rules of play for each playback device. Also disclosed are techniques to provide a rule subset for execution of a particular playback device by the media management control system. Further disclosed are techniques to select digital media wirelessly through the user interface. The technology may be implemented in media players, virtual assistants, mobile phones, etc.
