Industry-Low noise amplifier (DEAL 653)

This lot is generally related to a low-power, low-noise amplifier (LNA) with a negative feedback loop to enhance signal amplification while minimizing noise and power consumption. Disclosed is a low-noise amplifier (LNA) consisting of a common gate (CG) amplifier and a common source (CS) amplifier with a gate connected to the source of the CG amplifier. Also disclosed is a differential current balancer (DCB) connected to the output end of the CG amplifier and the output end of the CS amplifier. The amplifier has a symmetric load connected to the DCB, a current-bleeding circuit connected to the output end of the CS amplifier, and another end connected to the symmetric load. Further disclosed is that the current bleeding circuit has an active element and a load related to the symmetric load to improve the amplifier’s linearity, stability, and bandwidth. The technology may be implemented in RF receivers, portable battery-powered devices, etc.
