This patent is generally related to a system for process automation for delivery of information received from multiple data sources to a data warehouse. Disclosed is a distributed system for automation of process consisting of an event engine for processing received events and schedules various tasks based on the events. Also disclosed is an event router engine for tracking the status of various tasks and a distributed service engine for handling and controlling the flow of various tasks. Further disclosed is a repository for storing and retrieving data using a user interface to display the status of the process. The technology may be implemented in data warehouse automation system, enterprise software management system, intelligent data warehouse, workflow management system, etc.
